BIKE PARK VAL DI SOLE - COMMEZZADURA

The Val di Sole Bike Park stretches from the Daolasa cable car's midway station to Commezzadura (800 m) and has been the only Italian stage of the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup since 2006. Trail builder Cristian is the official course designer for the World Cup route.

NOTICE OF OPENING HOURS

Bike Park open from June 27th to September 13th 2026.

THE FOUR TRACKS

Golden Eagle red (medium difficulty). The recommended starting point for those with some experience.
White Wolf red (medium difficulty+). More technical, with natural sections and challenging passages.
Wild Grizzly red/black (high difficulty). Jumps, technical natural sections, and high speed.
Black Snake black (World Cup). The UCI race course, open during the season to all experienced riders.

At the end of the park, you'll find the Four Cross (4X) track, home of the Four Cross World Championship.

The ascent is provided by an 8-seater cable car that can carry up to 3 riders with 3 bikes. At the top (2,000 m), you'll find the enduro trails, the Solander Mountain Hut and the Orso Bruno Mountain Hut. Down in the valley is the Monroc Italian Café.

The Bike Pass allows cyclists to take their bikes up the slopes on all the lifts in Daolasa-Commezzadura, Folgarida and Marilleva:

What is the easiest trail at the Val di Sole Bike Park?

The least difficult trail is the Golden Eagle (rated red, yet still challenging). Next come the White Wolf and Wild Grizzly, which are more technical. The Black Snake—a World Cup course—is strictly for expert riders. For those new to downhill biking, we recommend starting at the Ponte di Legno – Tonale Bike Park.

Which trails can I take down once I reach the top of the gondola?

No, the bike pass is not included in the rental. You can purchase it and check the price lists at the ticket offices located at the base of the lifts (the Daolasa gondola in Commezzadura or the Valbiolo chairlift at Passo del Tonale), or directly on the lift websites: www.ski.it for Commezzadura and www.pontedilegnotonale.com for Passo del Tonale.

Are protective gear and a helmet mandatory in the Bike Park?

A full-face helmet is mandatory in the Val di Sole Bike Parks. Additional protective gear—such as knee pads, back protectors, elbow pads, and gloves—is not mandatory but is highly recommended for your safety. You can rent helmets and protective gear directly from us.

Is the bike pass included in the rental price?

No, the bike pass is not included in the rental. You can purchase it directly at the ticket offices at the base of the Daolasa gondola or online via the lift company's website, www.ski.it.
