VAL DI SOLE CYCLE PATH - FROM COMMEZZADURA

The Val di Sole cycle path extends for approximately 35 km along the Noce River, from Cogolo di Pejo or Vermiglio to Mostizzolo. The route, almost entirely paved, is suitable for families, children, and cyclists of all levels. The start point is immediate from our Bike Center in Commezzadura (870 m above sea level): we are just 20 meters from the cycle path access.

ITINERARY TO THE LOWER VALLEY 
from Commezzadura to Mostizzolo

Distance: 18 km | Difficulty: Easy | Elevation gain: −400 m | Time: 3-4 hours

From our center, you can access the bike path directly, cross the beautiful Commezzadura river park, and descend towards Dimaro via the characteristic wooden bridges over the Noce River. The riverside passages are unique: the air is crisp, made even more lively by the current, which, in the steepest sections, becomes impetuous.
You cross the meadows of Croviana and Monclassico (the village of sundials), arriving in Malè - a recommended stop at the ancient Venetian Sawmill and the MMAPE, the Bee Museum. At the Terzolas Mills, the apple orchards open onto the view of the restored Caldes Castle. In Caldes, stop for a snack or an aperitif in the greenery, with a children's playground.

The trip ends in Mostizzolo, where you can load your bike onto the Dolomiti Express electric train (carrying up to 80 bikes) and comfortably ride back up to the Daolasa station.
The return is possible by train or by bike bus.
