The Val di Sole Bike Center has been a leader in the mountain biking sector in Val di Sole for over 15 years. Every summer, we look for cycling enthusiasts to join our team in Commezzadura and Passo del Tonale, approximately from April to October.

Working with us means being out in the field: intense days, but in one of the most beautiful settings in Trentino, surrounded by people who live and breathe mountain biking. We're looking for competent, reliable, and flexible individuals, ready to work hard and grow with us-the more experience and dedication you bring, the greater your chances of joining the team.

OPEN POSITIONS

Sales/Rental Manager
We are seeking someone with management experience in a rental or shop (including ski, snowboard, or sporting goods) and a solid knowledge of the bike world, especially gravity, including the workshop department. This is a managerial role: you will coordinate staff, reservations, inventory, used equipment sales, and seasonal organization.

We are looking for: previous management experience, excellent English and digital skills, organizational, problem-solving, and people and incident management skills, and a driving license with experience driving on mountain roads and in vans.

OPEN POSITIONS

Bike Mechanic
We're looking for a mechanic with solid and precise experience in all major operations: brakes (SRAM, Shimano, Magura, Hope, Formula, and others), wheels, tubeless, transmission, bearings, and e-bike diagnostics (at least Bosch).

What we're looking for: good English, a valid driver's license, experience as a mountain biker in gravity disciplines, good interpersonal skills, and a willingness to lend a hand with rentals or trail building when needed.

Trail Maintenance Worker
We are looking for someone accustomed to manual outdoor work, even in challenging conditions (heat, rain, technical terrain), with experience using a brush cutter, blower, chainsaw, and hand tools.

What we are looking for: A driver's license (B) with experience driving off-road on mountain roads, good organizational and interpersonal skills, team spirit, and availability to work flexible hours depending on the weather.
